Processing Time
Art prints are printed on demand, please allow for 7-9 days for prints to be made and shipped. You will receive tracking once your order has shipped.
Shipping isn't available in my country
Postage is based on the zones available via AUS Post. Please email me if shipping isn't available and I'll see if I can add your country/arrange a different courier.
Open edition print is "Sold Out"/Shop button doesn't work
Sometimes using the shop/buy now (also appears as "buy with card xxxx" depending on your browser) button makes items appear as sold out when they're not. Try ordering through the cart directly. If that doesn't work, please email me!
Lost or Misplaced Orders
Please note I'm not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. Please contact the carrier to initiate a missing mail search request.
Shipped Package Hasn't Arrived
If your tracking is showing the order is delivered but it has not physically arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number. The package may be waiting for pickup from your closest post office.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please email me at reoxblueart@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. I'll assist with a replacement or refund.
Other Postage Notes
- A valid email address is mandatory for your package to be sent out with AUS Post.
- For non-house addresses, please include if it's Apt/Suite etc
Original Paintings
If you're interested in buying an original, please email me at reoxblueart@gmail.com with the painting you're interested in and postcode so I can give you a quote on the shipping!
Do you do commissions?
